Abstrak

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted at Swastika Universal Inovasi Limited Company Pekanbaru which is located at the Grand Sudirman Office Complex, Block D 18 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to know to what extent the effect of leadership, work environment and motivation variables simultaneously toward the employees’ performance at Swastika Universal Inovasi Limited Company Pekanbaru. 84 employees of the company were all taken as the sample of the research, so data were collected by census method. The result of the research showed that the employees’ performance at Swastika Universal Inovasi Limited Company Pekanbaru was good. The effect of leadership toward the employees’ performance was 28 percent, the effect of work environment toward the employees’ performance was 57 percent, and the effect of motivation toward the emplyees’ performance was 58 percent. It can be inferred from the research results that leadership, work environment and work motivation variables influence significantly toward the employees’ performance at Swastika Universal Inovasi Limited Company Pekanbaru.
