Abstrak

This research combines the production and distribution planning in a company which has multiple numbers of plant, item, retailer, and period. The purpose is to maximize the revenue objective function of all product items which has been planned optimally by applying the Branch and Bound linear integer programming method. The data is rocessed by using Excel Solver. There are some solver processing steps to search for the optimal Branch so that the optimal Bound, which is the optimal production planning and distribution, can be gained. Based on the determination of parameter and constraints, it results that the optimal production planning and distribution on the first, second, and third week is influenced by the initial decision applied into the solver. As a conclusion, the maximum profit as the objective function in integrating the three product items of A1, A2 and A3 is yielded. The maximum profit on October is as much as Rp. 263.750.452, while on November is as much as Rp. 315.977.361, and Rp. 264.444.877 on December.
